Founder and Medical Director of Bergen Medical Sports and Spine, Dr. Herring received his Doctorate from Rutgers Medical School in 1989. He completed his post-graduate training at Overlook Hospital, an affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He graduated with the Resident Teaching Award. Dr. Herring is Board-Certified and has been practicing for thirty years in Manhattan and northern New Jersey. Dr. Herring has expertise in the specialized treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Julia graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004. She completed her undergraduate education at Duke University with a major in biology and minors in psychology and chemistry. As a Board Certified practitioner, she focuses on a multi-disciplinary treatment approach in physical and rehabilitation medicine and pain management.

After completing her Advanced Practice Nurse education at Rutgers University, Dr. Choi received her Doctorate from Chatham University in 2015. She specialized in musculoskeletal conditions while training at New York-Presbyterian. Dr. Choi believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, she has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr Eisen is a 1988 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard Illinois. Dr. Eisen holds advanced certification in Manipulation Under Anesthesia as well as being a Certified Medical Examiner for the Department of Transportation. Dr. Eisen sits as the Bioscience Department Chair at the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine and is an adjunct professor.

Dr. Coachman graduated from Life Chiropractic College and has been in practice for twenty nine years. Born and raised in Bayonne, Dr. Coachman has successfully treated many patients throughout the years and believes a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care is what achieves the best results.

Stephanie completed her degree in Physical Therapy in 2013 and became licensed in the United States in 2016. She completed her Doctorate at Touro College. Stephanie specializes in manual therapy including: soft tissue mobilization, deep tendon massage, myofascial release, peripheral joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise and activities and neuromuscular re-education. She is also experienced in neurologic, orthopedic and sports injuries.

Dr. Wang is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey. He earned his Doctorate from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. Dr. Wang has experience working with a wide spectrum of patients from adolescents to geriatrics as well as treating orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical and sports related injuries. He is motivated and dedicated to provide quality patient-centered care.

Lorenzo completed his bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in 2013. He completed his Doctorate at Touro College in New York. He has experience working with a wide spectrum of patients from young athletes to geriatrics as well as treating neurologic and post-surgical conditions and those patients suffering co-morbidities. Since his graduation, Dr. Lorenzo Uy aims to expand his knowledge by taking continuing education courses pertaining to musculoskeletal dysfunction, myofascial release, kinesio-taping, and joint mobilization.


Kyung Ah Yoon is Board-Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a graduate of New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Master of Science in Acupuncture) and Tokai University in Japan (Master of Journalism).

The combined spa and medical massage experience of over seven years has brought Jon to work with high-level athletes, gym-goers, and non-athletes alike. His focus on evidence-based chronic and acute pain relief is what sets him apart from others, using a variety of modalities to increase range of motion, reduce pain, and maximize athletic and everyday performance.

Ronald is a graduate of The Anthem Institute. He has been in the massage therapy profession for sixteen years. He's passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind. He can provide deep tissue, trigger point, and an invigorating sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout. Ronald can also help assist in the relief of migraines, tension-related headaches, and injury rehabilitation.
